The FAN35T1 ceiling fan remote has 5 buttons for fan speed control and dimming, including 3-speed options (HI/MED/LO), OFF, and LIGHT/DIMMER. The included wall mount allows you to keep the remote in a convenient place, and the light dimmer is designed for incandescent lights and dimmable LED lamps. Note that most LED lights and all CFL lights are not dimmable with this remote.

If your receiver is compatible with DIP switches such as FAN30R, FAN28R, FAN18R, or UC7067FMRX, you will need to set the same DIP codes on both the transmitter and receiver. If your receiver is FAN30R, you do not need to set the codes on the receiver, simply use the LEARN button to match the transmitter and receiver.
